Desk staff (owner?) was very, very hospitable and helpful. When our first assigned room smelled of a previous guest smoking, he immediately found us another room with the same amenities. He was always smiling and asking if we needed anything. It was quiet and good for getting a good night's sleep.

The staff!!! The gentleman at the front desk works long hours, 7 days per week, to keep this hotel going. They were short-staffed, as is the norm these days, but were cheery and accommodating to us throughout our stay. The lady working the desk (Jill?) on our last night was especially helpful when I lost my keys. (I inadvertently tossed them in the trash with garbage from the car, as it turned out.). I was desperately searching everywhere, including the on-site dumpster. She came out with a flashlight and stick and helped me dig through bagged trash until we found them. Above and beyond!
